This low intensity activity is a good way to wind down a session.

Set up with two posts facing one another around 4m apart, depending on the players’ ability level. Each team lines up behind a post, and the first person in one queue has a ball.

  1. The player with the ball shoots at the opposing korf, then joins the back of their queue.
  2. If the shot is a goal, then one point is awarded to their team. The first player in the opposite queue then stands next to their korf and shoots at the opposing korf.
  3. If the shot is missed, then the first player in the opposite team must rebound the ball before it has bounced a number of times.
    • If the missed shot hit the korf, then the rebounder is allowed one bounce before they must catch it.
    • If the missed shot did not hit the korf, then the rebounder must catch it straight away with no bounces.
  4. If the rebounder caught the ball successfully, they take a shot from the point where they caught the ball.
  5. If the rebounder did not catch the ball within the allowed number of bounces, then they are not allowed to shoot. They join the back of their queue and return the ball to their opponents, who take their next shot from under their korf.

The game continues until one team has scored 10 points.

It is okay for a rebounder to catch the ball on the move and take a running in shot.

Optionally you can require a 2 goal lead to win, so if the score is 10-9 the leading team will not win unless they can score gain to reach 11-9.
